Day Eleven: Feeling good about this still. A bit run down feeling today and last night. Got my period though, so it probally not helping. Not to much pain period wise, still enough to take a couple of pills though. In love with salami. God its good. Tried to make mayo the other night, terrible. Fish cooked in cream and curry paste was delicious though. Anything cooked in cream when you think about it....
Fit into my size 10 jeans last night. Only just just just squeazed into them. But still, pretty cool.

Lost 1.7kg this week. That feels real good. But more so the being in control of what I am eating. And having rules. Went to Arrowtown this weekend and it went really well. Went to the cheesery, so bought two types. Had a real good selection of stuff to choose from when we went out for tea on Saturday night. Feeling a bit peaky last night. Not sure if thats food related or just feeling peaky just because. Had chocolate cravings yesterday but had honey and yoghurt instead. Will be good when I can eat fruit, cause I can have stewed fruit with whipped cream! YUM! Good not drinking or smoking to. Really good. Lots of soda water and lime. Mood wise I have been very constant (emotional today for other reasons). Good not having sugar highs. Will need to explore a few more food options though. A bit much ham sometimes. And more seafood this week to.

Day seven. Feel normal, real good. But it just feels normal now. I had yummy as creamy curry for lunch. My work shorts are looser. Feels nice to have loose clothes. Going away this weekend and looking foward to eating out and what not. Totally loving the soda water mint lime drinks. Got training tonight, haven't done much in the way of exercise this week so it will be interesting.

Day six. Realised I haven't felt hungry all day. Felt amazing and so awake this morning. Bowel movements are so fuckin fantastic. Feel real good about the food. Cheese and honey. Amazing. Kind of like being a vegan with its strick can eat and can't eat rules. But meat. Excited to see how much weight I have lost. Feel good regardless anyways

Day Five! Feel real good today, did spin class this morning and wasn't even hungry by morning smoko. Ate seafood salad for lunch which I'm pretty sure had wheat in it. Silly girl. Otherwise I'm perfect. Want peppermint of some sort for freshness factor though. Feel like I have lost weight. Definatly haven't put any on. In love with thick and creamy yoghurt and honey and cashews.
Day four. Tuesday, felt good and no cravings. Felt a wee bit sick in the afternoon but that was possibly period related. Its real good to be following a program with set rules. Fun at the supermarket to. Feels great to not be eating anything processed. Or fake sugar! Nice to be aware of what goes in my mouth again
Day Three. Monday, good at work, was a bit worried I would get real hungry, but not at all.
Felt shit when I got home, all tired and fluey. Went to bed at 8:45, slept for 9 1/2 hours and felt fine in the morning.
Day one and two. Saturday and Sunday. So excited. Felt like christmas. Seriously. Had spin class in the morning. Bought lots of new yummy food. Lots of seafood. Didn't snack (but also did nothing all day pretty much!) Had no bad reactions to cream or anything. Wish I drunk coffee (once again) for the creamy coffee treat buzz. Feeling really really positive about it. Seems like it won't work cause I'm eating salami and bacon and cream. But god I hope it does.
